Inspired by the caudal fin of a humpback whale raised vertically to the surface of the oceans during an event called “breaching”, i.e. the moment when the whale propels itself entirely or partially out of the water.<\/i><\/p>

We could call her “anadyomene” (from the ancient Greek: “rising upwards”, “out of the waters”) like Boticelli’s Venus.<\/em><\/p>

The Baleak Wireframe sculpture is a faceted metal mesh. The inside of the mesh is empty. <\/em><\/p>

The number of facets can vary according to the size of the mesh. The resulting appearance can range from the highly realistic to the abstract. <\/em><\/p>

Materials considered<\/em><\/span> : <\/em>Corten steel, Art bronze, polished or brushed stainless steel, powder-coated steel, aluminum.<\/em><\/p>

Bronze is a timeless work of art. These are veritable sculptures that stand the test of time and develop a patina over time. The change in standing is noticeable for both the specifier and the public. <\/span><\/em><\/p>

With stainless steel, Corten steel or lacquered steel, the contemporary touch is noticeable.
